Nottingham Plumbers is an independent directory that introduces customers to local plumbing businesses. Each listed plumber operates independently. We do not become a party to any quotation, appointment or contract between a customer and a plumber.
Business applications
Applicants must provide accurate, current information and must be authorised to represent the business. Applications and later profile changes are reviewed before publication. We may verify details, request evidence, decline an application, suspend a profile or remove information that is inaccurate, misleading or unlawful.
Customer reviews
Reviews must describe a genuine first-hand customer experience. Reviewers must use a valid email address and verify it before moderation. Reviews must not contain threats, discrimination, private information, advertising or knowingly false statements. We may edit only for privacy or formatting, reject a review, or ask for evidence. Email addresses are never displayed with published reviews.
Enquiries and appointments
Customers are responsible for checking quotations, qualifications, insurance and the suitability of a plumber before work begins. Prices, availability and guarantees are agreed directly with the selected business.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, submit automated or fraudulent forms, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access where necessary to protect visitors, businesses or the website.
Liability
We take reasonable care operating the directory but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of information supplied by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
