You may use NottinghamPlumbers.uk only lawfully and for genuine directory, enquiry, account and review purposes. You must not:
- submit fabricated, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, infringing or privacy-invasive content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent authority, qualifications, insurance, availability, prices, reviews or commercial relationships;
- collect, scrape, harvest, resell or use contact/enquiry data for unrelated purposes;
- send spam, malware or automated submissions, or evade verification, rate limits, access controls or moderation;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Website, accounts or data;
- manipulate rankings, reviews, badges, enquiry distribution or evidence checks;
- upload content without the rights and permissions needed to use it.
We may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict access, reject content, suspend accounts or report conduct where reasonably necessary. Security research must be authorised in writing before testing. Report vulnerabilities privately to info@nottinghamplumbers.uk and do not access or retain other people’s data.
